Location: the hotel was right by other historical parts of the city, and the center of town. We got fairly quiet and good room with a comfortable bed and very good bathroom, for instance...

The stay was fine! Fairly clean, small hotel, I really enjoyed new-fashioned rooms and amiable staff. The location near city centre was particularly good. The property was set in a peaceful area.

Felciano, the receptionist, was absolutely superb. He escorted us to the private underground garage and gave us guidance for eating out, making us feel very welcome. the language barrier was easily overcome. Handy location for the old town area and restaurants.
Felt welcome, nothing to complain about.

Great central location in the heart of the city with shops and cafes nearby. the room was modern, clean, and attractively decorated. the friendly receptionist gave excellent recommendations for local dining options. Free use of a garage was a big plus!
The walls were quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside was noticeable. Despite no-smoking notices, there was a lingering smell of smoke in the hallway.

The Semana Santa Museum is just a stone's throw away, so I could easily marvel at religious artifacts. The friendly staff provided me with all the tourist info I needed, probably because they could see I was clueless.
No, I didn't find a single thing wrong with this place. I guess I'm just a lucky charm.

We felt very welcome despite the language barrier. the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and spotless with modern amenities like free parking, air conditioning, and great wifi. the proximity to the old town area and restaurants was convenient, and we enjoyed a delicious and affordable breakfast at Olifrey and dinner at Agape restaurant.
